NEWS CENTER political analysts Phil Harriman and Ethan Strimling sort it out In The Arena with Pat Callaghan. There was unanimous support for a bill to help reopen the Great Northern Paper Mill in East Millinocket, but many issues are breaking along party lines, with one side accusing the other of playing politics with a serious issue. Harriman and Strimling talk about that perception and how it applies to issues such as abuse of EBT cards for welfare programs and a Workers Compensation Board battle.They also discuss Sen. Susan Collins' re-election bid and some impressive new fundraising numbers, the U.S. Supreme Court decision to strike down limits on how much wealthy donors can contribute, and whether the political argument over the Affordable Care Act is changed now that more than seven million people have enrolled.
