(NEWS CENTER) -- Wednesday morning brought cold winds, snow, sleet and flooding to many parts of Maine. Here are the latest road and weather updates:
Maine Turnpike: Speeds are normal as of 6:50 a.m.
Bangor: City crews salted roads in downtown at 6 a.m.
Flood Warnings: Washington, Waldo, Somerset, Piscataquis, Penobscot, Kennebec, Aroostook
Flood Watch: Hancock, Washington, Somerset, Piscataquis, Penobscot, Aroostook
Kennebec River: Flood stage is at 12 feet and officials expect it to raise to 19 feet Wednesday afternoon. At 5:34 a.m., it was at 13 feet.There is already flooding on Front Street in Augusta.
Kenduskeag stream: No flooding issues (5:30 a.m.)

Wendy A DeBiase: Husband is driving from Jay ME to Augusta .. rt 133 the hill just before 42.. he almost did not get up it.... now car off the road on 202 around the Vet in Winthrop and now he is stuck in traffic by east Winthrop by the post office a wrecker working on a vehicle now..(6:00 a.m.)
