BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (NEWS CENTER) - Matt Spring's two-run home run broke a 3-3 tie in the 11th as the Portland Sea Dogs won their sixth straight game, 5-3 over the Binghamton Mets.

Blake Swihart's RBI single in the first and Deven Marrero's two-run double in the fifth accounted for the other three Sea Dog runs. Mookie Betts extended his on-base streak to 45 games with a pair of hits and walks. He also scored two of Portland's runs.

Robby Scott pitched three innings of scoreless relief for the win.

Portland (12-4) has the best record in the Eastern League.
