PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - The "Harlem Shake" is a phenomenon, hitting news stations, college campuses, trains and everywhere else where people want to have fun and let loose. NEWS CENTER meteorologist, Keith Carson, is one of those people, so he demonstrated his version of the "Harlem Shake" on the Sunday Morning Report.
